Weather Forecasts can be More Visual and Fun in Photos Posted by People Around the World

Tokyo, November 16, 2016: weawow Inc. is pleased to announce the release of a new social networking service 'weawow'.
weawow is a browser service providing detailed weather forecasts for about 60,000 worldwide locations; current conditions like weather, temperature, rainfall, humidity, pressure and wind, as well as future predictions for the next 14 days.
But where it differs from existing weather forecasting services is that users can see what the weather actually looks like in those places. Thanks to fellow users who post photos in a real time from where they are, one can get visual images of the weather in the places one wants to know about. Some users also post a note which provides little more of a picture of the locations.
Posting photos on weawow is easy. If you are an Instagram user, you can simply pick a photo in your account and post, that's it!
Previous photos are archived to provide a reference of what the weather was like at a particular place and a season.
Found any photos with that "Wow" factor? Press a "wow" button to tell them that you were impressed.

■Easy to Use
Only 2 steps are needed to post your photographs.
Pick your photo stored on your PC or Smartphone, or activate the camera of your Smartphone while the 'weawow' page is opened and shoot a picture on the spot. The weather information of that place is automatically added to your photo, so just press a 'post' button. That's all.
If you wish to add the weather information to your photos, it is possible to do so as far back as one and a half years ago.
Why don't you share those photos on other SNSs like Facebook or Twitter?
It makes your page a little more original!
Since the launch of the beta version in August this year, necessary changes have been made and now it's officially released for both PC browsers and Smartphones.
